The 3 'n 1 Earring

I hope to get better pics soon, but after about the 40th one today, I decided it was best to take a break and try again later (better than throwing my camera or phone against the wall!) Anyway, here is a new earring I made earlier today. I am calling it my "3 'n 1" earring. (I am actually thinking about adding an ear cuff to it). Of course this earring can be made as a "2 'n 1", "4 'n 1", etc. depending on how 'holey' your ears are, lol. Let me know what you guys think

The beads on these earrings remind me of gum balls.  I couldn't think of what to do with these beads as I only had just a few of each color so, I decided to put them all together and.....earrings they are.

Custom Hoops Surprise

In my last post I showed the earring I had made to show my client.

This is the one that I spent the most time on and the one that I thought the client would prefer.  

Well, I also made a couple of "simple" designs so that she would have something to chose from.

Well, it's a good thing I did, because she chose either option 2 (without the dangles) or option 3.  she did not like the first one at all.    Well, tells you what I know.

Custom Hoops update

With custom orders, I like to email pics frequently so that both the customer and myself are on the same wave length with what the customer wants.

I completed one earring and have emailed it to her but as she is in Scotland and myself, the US, we are on different times so hopefully she will be seeing the email soon and get back with me.

Here is what I have so far.

Usually with dream catchers, I have to do one of them over at least three or four times before I get two that match close enough to be considered a pair.  This time, I did it on the first try.  Talk about a relief, lol.  These will be available on my site later this evening.  (Have a ton of errands to run.  Tax return came in today, lol).

7 Pair of Earrings added to my showroom

First of all, I added a couple pair of Egyptian style earrings.  These were made mostly with copper elements.

The next 5 pair of earrings are all hoop style earrings.  The first one being a dangle hoop and the rest being single hoop earrings.

This first pair were made with square gold plated wire and some blue Jade gemstone beads.

These next 3 pairs of hoops are 1 1/2 inch in diameter.

This pair were made with metal beads and metal discs.

The Raindrop hoops were made with blue drop beads and blue bi-cone crystals.

These next two pair of earrings are Cat's Eye Hoops.  One small hoop at 1 inch in diameter and 1 medium hoop at 1 1/4 inch in diameter.

The small hoops use blue cat's eye beads, blue (AB) bugle beads and blue seed beads.

I will be adding more earrings, a necklace and a bracelet later this evening.

My son is going to Disney Land with his Chorus class and will be leaving at 3:00 am.  So I will be up, creating, lol.  I am also working on my Vampire jewelry blog hop piece(s).

5 new earrings added to my showroom today!

I added 5 pair of earrings today.  First are 3 pair of pear earrings;  Some pearl hoops, some wire wrapped pearl dangles and some heart framed pearls.

 

The next two pair are what I call Tiny Tots because they are a couple pair of the smallest earrings, with the exception of studs that I have.  The first pair is a wire shape with dangling crystals and the second pair are tiny framed crystals

Here's six pair of earrings being added to my store tonight.  All six are made using clear crystals.

The first pair of earrings have a 3D cloud effect, the second pair have two rondelle crystals and a drop crystal with jagged edges, the third pair have bi-cone crystals and twisted bugle beads, the fourth pair have wire wrapped crystals and twisted bugle beads, the fifth pair have oval crystals, coin crystals and twisted bugle beads and the sixth pair were made with rondelle crystals.

Well, I love pink (and tons of other colors, lol)  But I do like pink a lot and seem to have tons off beads in pink and so another pair of pink earrings.   These are pretty long, too  4" to be exact.

This next pair of earrings are ..... not pink, lol.   These are blue and very simple.  I call them Single Drop of Rain.  They are a simple blue teardrop bead attached to the lever back earwire with a wrap of blue wire.

There we have it!

Easter Jewelry

Went to WalMart last night and saw some pastel pink glass pearl beads and some cute cube lampwork beads with little pink flowers and Easter popped into my head.  So, here is what I made for Easter.

First is a necklace.  This was  handcrafted using the pastel pink glass pearl beads and some other of the same type of pearl beads that already had but in a darker, almost hot pink.  This necklace is kind of like two necklaces in one.

And, here are the Easter earrings which use the pastel pink beads and the cube lampwork beads.

Hmmm....think i need to take some more pics of the earrings.  These don't show the lampwork beads too well.
